Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)

  • Main Reservoir: The orange base section houses the oil reservoir, the main pumps (blue electric motors), and filters. This unit generates the immense hydraulic muscle required to actuate heavy turbine mechanisms.
  • Control Cabinet: The grey paneling is the digital brain. It houses the PLCs, control modules, and the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), translating complex algorithms into physical actions.
  • Hydraulic Valve Manifold: The intricate network of precision proportional valves and piping. This section bridges the gap between digital commands and physical movement, routing high-pressure oil to the actuators.
  • Accumulator: The tall, black cylindrical vessel on top. It stores pressurized hydraulic energy, ensuring the system can react with lightning speed during sudden load rejections or emergency shutdown procedures.
